THE CARROT'S TAIL IS NOW CLOSED
The Carrot's Tail - Rathmines, Dublin
As Dublin continues to become more dog friendly, we are seeing an increase in the variety of places we can go to!
This makes us happy.
So Dog Friendly, They Have A Dog Bed For Napping Emergencies
The Carrot's Tail Is A Zero Waste Vegan Cafe in Rathmines in South Dublin. We visited them on their very first brunch service and it was pretty exciting. They were so popular that we ended up missing the brunch service, but that's ok. The menu was pretty incredible, we kind of wanted to order everything. This video alone makes us want to go back right now.
Our Experience
The first thing we saw when we walked inside was another dog! Good sign.
We barked at him to let him know who was boss. Next we were taken to our table upstairs, but not before a quick rest in the designated dog bed (YUP!). Napping is encouraged here. Tail wag from us.
We felt really welcome inside the Carrot's Tail. There was no question of us not being allowed inside. We were able to chill out with our human and steal some of her yummy croissant.
So Close....
Conclusion
Pawtastic! Being able to go inside a cafe and feel welcome makes such a difference. Because, let's face it, Ireland is not the place for alfresco dining!
We are pretty confident we will be regulars in this place!
If you go, as always, make sure you stay on your leads when you are inside the cafe. The smells can be pretty tempting and we all know how strong the urge is to run after them!
